The SDFA is pleased to hear the news that one of our longest-run club, Edinburgh D.F.C., has been successful with their funding from The Baillie Gifford Community Awards Programme to develop their Futsal activities.
The President, Gordon Hay, states that, “I Â offer my congratulations to E.D.F.C. for their innovation in making the Club, a fit for purpose, governance-wise, which enabled the Club in succeeding in receiving the grant”. Â Hay also concluded that, “I hope the news will influence other Clubs in ensuring that their governance is well maintained and will increase their success chances in obtaining such grants”.
